Upgrade to latest Bios 1.20.0 and try to install Command | Configure and get this error message

Error:-
SYSTEMSMANAGEMENT: The current user does not have elevated administrator privileges. Systems Management software can only be installed by a user with elevated administrator privileges. Consult the Install Guide for additional information. 

This is not related to user permission.

I AM ABLE TO INSTALLED ANY OTHER MSI APPLICATION as I am an administrator at the machine

I tried also with a domain admin and get the same error

It was OK with previous Command Configure and Bios version
