Hi, and thanks for any assistance. My new E1705 has a flicker next to my mouse

pointer occurring every second or two. I ran (fn) system check for errors and it

showed an error code: 0F00:136C. Dell sent me a new hard drive, which I have

not installed yet. I bought it off eBay and though the box was sealed it appears 

that the original purchaser from the US Military Academy (who bought it the first

week of April) is the official registered owner. Quite poignant since I just retired

from the Navy. When I've bought new computers before, their warrantee's didn't

start until I started them up and registered them online. I guess that's a moot point?

Does anyone know what my problem is before I replace my hard drive and software?
