I'm trying to reformat my XPS back its original factory condition from the 10 gig partition.

Everytime I try to run PCRestore I'm getting a dp.sc access denied error form the tools folder in my partition.

I'm unsure of what I need to do in order to get a successful reformatting done from my preloaded vista xps laptop.
