Hopefully this is an easy question and I am a little bit frustrated with myself that I cannot figure it out myself

I bought a new PC and did a clean install of Win 7 Ultimate. I also bought the Dell 2209 WA. Trying to install the Monitor driver from the dell site and following the instructions exactly I cannot find an executable file to kick off the driver installation. The zip file appears to only include 4 files non of them an executable file.
