Hi, I have the same problem with the same model when I try to connect a retro gaming console (The C64) with HDMI. There is no picture / sound (3.5mm jack). My laptop and SNES Mini work fine with my monitor with HDMI. My desktop works fine with DisplayPort. My retro gaming console works fine with my living room TV. Have you had any luck with your problem?
