Hi All,

I have been update FW on my MD3200i from ver 7 to 8.20.24.60. All update process for update RAIS and NVRAM pass OK. After restart Disk Array it is now not accessible from manager MDSM. I can't discover my array. Both MD32 are responding for ping. As I see on back panel on upper module LED for !,i and batter are off. On bottom all on.

I'm using MDSM from MDSS DVD 6.5.0.1 (latest as found). I've recently got also message:

"the md storage management software (version 11.25.0g06.0026) you are attempting to use is not compatible with the firmware on the raid controller modules in storage array"

Now I've lost access to MD3200i. How to fix it, please?
