Due to a broken hot water pipe, my spare 3200MP lamp was under hot water for several hours. Since my regular bulb in a ceiling mounted projector is working fine, I don't want to take it down and pull a working bulb just to see if the spare bulb will still work.  Anyone have any knowledge of the effects of "excessive moisture" on a lamp? Kills it outright, shortens life when used, or results in other problems?
