Hi guys,

I would really like to address the vulnerabilities on my current version 5.0.3 and am looking for the software update page but can't find one. It seems I am not the only one having difficulty finding the updates. Others on here have gotten links that don't work and are ultimately advised to contact support. I have tried to find the right channel to contact support but have yet to find it. What I did find was a page asking for service tag or serial, yet the ones that I have are not accepted.

Anyone know how or where to get the software updates?
