I would like to know how you are trying to back up data from your computer.

i.e are you using dell application (dell data safe local backup) or any non-dell application?

Irrespective of the methodology you are using, you can try to free up space on your current destination drive before backing up the data.

If you are using dell data safe local back up,

Please note:  users cannot create system backups using Basic version.

However, if you are using the premium version of this application then try to update the application before backing it up.

Please let me know your findings.
