I have a Dell XPS 8920 desktop pc and have problem to start up Windows 10. If PC is completely shut down, after pushing the switch on button, I just see Dell logo and the windows spinning wheel does not start.

I hold the button down to force pc to shut down. When shut down, I push the button again. Dell logo appears, and now also the Windows spinning wheel appears and PC starts as normal and no further (noticeable) issues.

What can be wrong?
