I just had to create an account to say how awful Dell's support and sales systems are designed.

I have been trying to buy a genuine battery for my XPS 13 9350 for two hours now, unsuccessfully. Dell's chat keeps terminating because my laptop is out of warranty - who'd have thought that I'd want to buy something for a laptop that's more than one year old, eh?

Then I tried Dell WhatsApp chat - it said an agent would be with me 'in a few moments', but 40+ minutes later, no luck.

Why aren't there batteries for my laptop on Dell's website to begin with? Why is Dell making a perfectly good laptop obsolete already? Zero points for Dell's environmental score, and below zero for not just support but **sales**! I am trying to **buy** something and they won't let me. How rubbish is that!?!!

Pathetic experience with Dell here. Whoever designed your online chat systems clearly doesn't know what they're doing or has never tested them themselves!!
