XPS 15 9500, audio jack not detecting headphones

Hi. XPS 9500 owner here.

I am having the same problem. I have had every bit of this laptop RMA'd ( new mobo, new bottom case with headphone jack, new daughter card ), and I have wiped my OS and " reset " according to SupportAssist's process ( which had me manually reinstalling the Realtek HD audio drivers, which in the current version also installs Wave MaxxAudio app ). 

I cannot get the headphone jack to be detected. Yes, the Wave and Realtek " apps " are auto-starting and enabled. 

On a clean install. With freshly RMA'd hardware. 

Dell wants to send me a refurbished laptop to correct the issue (but it's clear they're guessing). I'm going to accept it, but I have a strong suspicion that this is a driver bug with the newest build(s) of Windows 10 ( issue also present in Windows 11 ). 

Does anyone have a confirmed fix and can they list which build of Windows they have installed?
