After a shutdown the GPU GTX1660 on an Aurora R12 stop working.

No signal to monitor, Monitor is working, diff cables tried (HDMI/DP), diff monitor.

Tried CMOS rest, M-BIST, Power Supply BIST/Rest button.

GPU card tested in another PC and it works.

Computer POST Ok! (no lights, cpu and keyboard lights ok) (POST tested by removing memory.)

Computer boots and able to reach BIOS (no image) tested by F2 + ESC sequence restarting the PC.

Computer boots to Window (no image), login blindly with keyboard got sounds out.

Enabled Narrator to help navigate without image and did basic troubleshoot

Display Settings doesn't show a Display.

Device Manager has no Display Adapters.

Ran Support Assist and found NO hardware errors.

Ran NVIDIA Control Panel and only shows the no NVIDIA display adapter found.

Using a USB-C/HDMI adapter does not work, (tried 2 adapters) yet you hear a chime when the device is connected.

Tried a GT710 GPU and no success.

Currently we are not state side, so Dell Support has to wait until we travel back.

Any ideas/suggestions?
