so the day I got my laptop in the mail I took it to best buy to use a gift card and had them upgrade my hard drive, add a second hard drive and upgrade the ram to 16gig.

if I have to send my laptop in for service do I remove my upgrades or do I leave everything in it?

I don't have the original parts I gave them to a co worker.
