According to my Alienware Arena account (Username: hienbui1234), I have earned nine 500 Dell Reward Points (a total of 4500 DRP) during the period from May 1, 2026, to July 24, 2026. However, these reward points are not showing up in my Dell account.

Could you please check this issue and let me know why the points have not been credited? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
