Hello I have purchased a Dell XPS 9370 XPS.

On the 11 th if march the laptop didn't Start anymore.

I was online diagnosed with a Ram issue, demanding a repair with Dell as it was still under warranty in the UK.

But I needed to change to an international warranty, because I am in Uruguay.

I did but I never received a confirmation.

For days I was chatting and talking on the phone, sending mails. No one until today did solve the issue.

On the 19th of march the warranty ran out. Since then the only answer I received was, that I am out of warranty.

Please, if some can help. That would be AMAZING!
