EqualLogic replication is not working on one replica collection and SANHQ is email this alert below

 Warning  5/24/2015 7:00:00 PM    8.3.6  Replication schedule every six hours failed to create a replica because the previous replication is still in progress. The schedule will try to create another replica at the next scheduled time.  

I confirmed no replication is in progress and replication for other replica collection is working just fine.

I even paused and resumed the inbound and outbound replication. I tried to create replica manually and got error" Replication is already in progress. Wait for it to complete and try again "

I have called EqualLogic Pro Support twice about this issue in last 6 months and they ask for logs for all EqualLogic units multiple times and my forcing them escalate the issue to analyst which i cant directly contact since Dell Technician can only talk with them

They cant find anything in logs end up restart MgmtExec through privilege command access. Even though they initially claiming we shouldn't be doing to fix this.
