Gold Tech Support Service
Can anyone please tell me how I get my computer repaired under the Gold Tech Support next day parts and labor support? I've called Dell repeatedly and called their field technicians number Dell gave me. It's been a week and still no one has showed up to repair the computer and no one will return my calls! Maybe I'm not getting through to the right people. I know there is still warranty left on the computer until 2008.
