When I turn my computer on the Dell logo comes up like it suppose to but when it suppose to load my windows XP it goes to a black screen and freeze I tried using my reinstallation disk when it tell me to me to press any key it tells me that it is checking my systems configuration and it just go blank can someone plzzzz help me!!!
