My dell Inspiron N4110 had a loose DC jack so the computer would not turn on.  A computer repair company changed the dc jack. Now it turns on but I get a message that the adaptor is not correct and that the battery won`t charge.  Is it possible that the technician installed the wrong dc jack or caused the battery not to charge?
