Our printer wanted a drum replacement since it blinked the 2 lights for "The imaging drum is full and needs replacing.". We replaced drum and tried to reset the drum count with holding in the cancel button but the lights never blinked in sequence. Then we restarted the printer and printed a testpage (the printer was green for a second) and on the testpage it says that our drum is empty. This must be the case since we just replaced it but then it goes back to blinking the two error lights and refusing to print anything but the errorpages indicating a drumchange is needed.

What to do?
