How to bring shortcutted emails back to inbox, if user cache is enabled
Our users are directed to store an additional copy of business relevant emails in our document management system.
In the past we had the problem that, when a user tried to save an email in dms which was shorcutted before, attachments were not saved in dms. The workaround was to open the shortcut, which brought back the entire email to users inbox and then he was able to save the email in dms.
No with user cache, once an email is shortcutted, it will always be "a shortcut". The only difference is, that the shortcut is pointing to the local cache instead to the archive (correct?).
So, is there a way to bring shortcutted emails back to inbox, if user cache is enabled?
