hey

my fingrprint sensor stoped working (its a new laptop, about 2 monthes old)

i wanted to remove the driver and reinstal them from the device manager, but after i removed, i cant see the hardwaer again.  

i tried downloding new drivers, or choose the "scan for hardwaer change" in the device manger

nothingh seems to work

 

any ideas?

 

my laptop is dell vostro 5520

win 10 pro
