The "Help and Support Center" on my Dimension 4500 has gone AWOL. If I double-click on the Desktop shortcut icon Help and Support does not open neither does the program open if I click on Help at the top of this page. I have searched the Microsoft Help and Support website but I could not find any relevant information there.

Please has anyone got any ideas about where I can locate this program or reinstall it?
