Is possible to reinstall windows 10 IoT Wyse 5070 to ThinOS ?

If yes, how?

I try Merlin installation pacage directly from Dell suport pages, in different version, and still getting error code 233. Its look like everyone package is for PcoIP thin client but mine is not PcoIP.
