Ricardo Calderon serves as Vice President of Marketing for Dell Technologies Services and Payment Solutions at the company’s headquarters in Austin, Texas. In this role, he leads global marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand perception, awareness, and customer satisfaction. With a focus on innovation, diversity, and talent development, Ricardo is dedicated to driving impactful results.
Joining Dell 23 years ago after completing his Master’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin, Ricardo has held various key positions within the company. Starting as an Enterprise Brand Manager, he played a vital role in developing the PowerEdge brand and expanding product lines. Subsequently, he took charge of Partner Marketing, leading global channel strategies before ascending to the role of VP of Marketing in 2016.
Prior to Dell, Ricardo worked as a Regional Category Manager at Procter and Gamble, where he spearheaded customer and point-of-sale marketing initiatives. Notably, he crafted trade-marketing strategies for the introduction of Pringles in Peru and Bolivia, along with brand upgrades in various categories.
Ricardo holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima. Beyond his professional achievements, he takes pride in his role as a husband and father of two.
