      To ensure its 60,000 global employees have seamless access to digital tools as they work from their homes and from more than 200 corporate sites, Zurich Insurance had to centralize and expedite how it procured, deployed and supported user devices including model selection, sizing, ordering, logistics and subscription management.

    • Solution

      Zurich engaged Dell Technologies for a custom, end-to-end PC lifecycle plan through Dell APEX PC-as-a-Service (PCaaS).** From the Dell Premier portal, Zurich’s global teams choose from more than 70 pre-built, pre-configured system options that include a mix of Dell Latitude laptops, OptiPlex desktops and UltraSharp monitors.

      With APEX PCaaS, devices are regularly refreshed, so staff can use the latest high-performance technologies including generative AI while supporting Zurich’s sustainability goals. Managed refresh cycles avoid disruptions, minimize IT workloads, and provide predictable monthly pricing.
