The Dell Premier Catalogs provide access to Dell's full range of end-to-end technology solutions at Dell’s best online price. You can easily search, filter and compare side-by-side to find suitable products for your business. Available products include laptops, desktops, servers, storage systems, networking equipment, monitors, and PC accessories.  

Global Portal has been modernized and aligned with the Premier Local Portal  platform. Specific Global Portal capabilities are being called out in each of the Step-by-Step guides where applicable.

Leverage Dell Partner Portal, a central hub where you can find all tools a Partner needs, including Deal Registration, Solutions Configurator, Partner Program Benefits, and more.

You can easily access the Quotes dashboard via your Dell Premier homepage. The Quotes page displays both user-created eQuotes and sales-generated quotes, organized by type, creation date and further searchable critera. Select a quote to review its details, then proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

In Dell Premier, you can use the self-service Quotes dashboard to access quotes provided by your Dell Sales Representative. From there, you can review, download, and place an order online. 

Yes, Dell Premier allows you to select and purchase up to 10 quotes in a single checkout.

To track your orders in Dell Premier, click on ‘Orders’ in the Premier Homepage—if this feature is enabled for your account. From the Orders section, you can easily manage your purchases, including viewing order status, downloading packing slips, accessing invoices, requesting post-order support, and more.  

To access post-order support in Dell Premier, click on ‘Orders’ in the Premier Homepage—if this feature is enabled for your account. You can use the Virtual Assistant for streamlined help to resolve issues, retrieve documents, or get updates related to your order, including connecting directly with a Dell Customer Care agent. Only Premier users with a Site Administrator role in Dell Premier can add or manage users on the Premier page. To request access or changes, please contact your organization’s Premier Site Administrator. For more details, refer to the Premier User Roles guide. 

You can view and manage your software licenses and subscriptions from Premier Account ‘Subscriptions’ where you can track active licenses, monitor subscription status, and more. 

Yes, Dell Premier allows you to personalize your reporting dashboard using a wide range of data filters including orders, customer activity, delivery details, and much more. Learn More

Yes, the "Devices" report allows you to view your Dell systems, along with their associated service tags, including the support services status and service request status for each product.
