- Enterprise-wide corporate policies, standards, controls, processes on data protection, security, privacy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Generalized Distributed Programming Language (GDPL))
- Appropriate compliance, data security and privacy accountability oversight of our resellers, distributors, suppliers, consultants, vendors and service providers
- Continuous monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of our Programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and consistency with various international and industry standards such as:

• Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)
