New and unused products are either factory sealed or open box products that have never been used by a customer and have the software seal intact. This product is typically overstock or a returned order. New and unused products do not have any cosmetic damage.

Certified Refurbished products are Dell's highest grade of refurbished systems, submitted to a rigorous refurbishing process to achieve the highest quality and performance standards. These previously owned products could have observable minor blemishes that do not affect performance or could look as good as new.

Scratch & dent products are certified refurbished products with blemishes that do not affect performance. Scratch & dent computers do not have scratches or pits on the screen, missing or illegible letters on the keyboard, or damage on the touch pad or palm rest.

Normally, laptop batteries are covered by one (1) year warranty support. The battery warranty start date is same as the hardware invoice date.

Before placing your order, please make sure you have included everything you need as we cannot make any changes once the order has been submitted. Once placed, your order enters our order processing system, and thereafter, it is not possible to change the order in any way after it has been submitted.
