Dell Student Purchase Program

1. The offer entitles Dell Student Purchase Program (SPP) members (‘Eligible Customer’) to receive one RM150 Touch 'n Go eWallet in a single order of any Eligible Product under Dell SPP on dell.com.my. Limited availability based on first come first served basis.
2. To redeem the offer:
   • Visit www.dell.com.my.
   • Add the Eligible Product to the cart.
   • Tap and insert the McAfee voucher code at the checkout.
   • A confirmation email with the RM150 Touch 'n Go eWallet Credit will be sent for the confirmed valid order to you within a reasonable period after the offer ends.
3. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
4. Redemption for the RM150 Touch 'n Go eWallet Credit is subject to availability; Can only be redeemed one time per Eligible Customer in a single order.
5. If you return any item purchased under the offer, such that your order would not have met the offer terms, the offer will not apply.
6. If you violate any terms and conditions of the offer, the offer will be invalid.
7. Dell reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
8. The offer is valid from 8 September 2023 to 3 November 2023, while stocks last.
9. Other terms and conditions of the offer is governed by Dell SPP.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Instant Cash Redemption on the prevailing online price is only applicable to the eligible selected models under the Student Purchase Program (Program) as listed above under “Student Purchase Program – Eligible Laptops, Desktops & Monitors”.
   
   
2. This Program is open to eligible students who currently attend all education institutions in Malaysia (Student). Parents purchasing for their child who is a Student are also eligible. An official ID or proof of school placement of the Student issued by the Ministry of Higher Education or the respective education institution will be required for verification purposes in order to be eligible for this Program.
   
   
3. This Program is also open to eligible employees who are currently employed by all education institutions in Malaysia (Employee). Proof of email address or employee ID badge number issued by the employing education institution to the Employee will be required for verification purposes in order to be eligible for this Program.
   
   
4. This Program is valid till 31 December 2023.
   
   
5. All purchases are subject to Dell’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
   
   
6. All orders are subject to Dell’s approval, and it is only considered accepted by Dell after the Student, Student’s parent or Employee received a written order confirmation. Dell reserves the right to cancel any order that is placed under wrongful conditions.
   
   
7. Dell reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time, without prior notice or liability to you.
   
   
8. This voucher will not be applicable for all clearance products on Dell.com.
   
   
9. This Program is not available in conjunction with other offers, instant cash redemptions, privileges or programs, unless otherwise expressly stated.
   
   
10. Dell reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Program at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
    
    
11. All decisions made by Dell in respect of this Program or in the event of any dispute(s) are final.
    
    
12. This Program is limited to within Malaysia.
    
    
13. Mistakes: While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
    
    
14. All purchases under this Program are subject to verification of a valid eligibility and proof via call or chat by Dell. False representations of eligibility shall void the offer and Dell reserves the right to cancel or collect the full price of any such order placed.
