If a qualified solution does not perform as described, Dell will work with you to correct the issue—and if it still does not meet expectations, we will take additional action as outlined in the program terms, which may include a prorated refund. This extended window goes far beyond typical 30-day policies and helps you invest with confidence in your mission-critical infrastructure.

Future-Proof data reduction guarantees are backed by SLAs that specify ratios for each participating platform, such as 6:1 for PowerStore Gen 3, 5:1 for PowerStore Gen 2 and PowerMax, 2:1 for PowerFlex and PowerScale, and 55:1 for PowerProtect cyber recovery storage. If the agreed-upon data reduction rate is not achieved under the documented conditions, Dell will take remediation steps defined in the guarantee, helping ensure that your efficiency gains and cost savings are not just promised, but contractually supported.
