Because BitLocker is an encryption product, Dell neither stores nor provides recovery keys. Dell cannot circumvent the Microsoft BitLocker Recovery key process.
Recovery keys may be saved in a number of ways depending on the version of Windows installed. If you do not know if a recovery key was created, the following steps may locate a saved key if present:

The option to save as a file is the most used one and can sometimes cause recovery issues when the user saved the file on the drive of the system that is needing to be recovered.
