How to Replace Riser 4P for PowerEdge R6615

This video will demonstrate the replacement procedure of a riser 4P for the Dell PowerEdge R6615.

Prerequisites

Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system section.

Removing the expansion card riser:
Holding the touch points, lift the expansion card riser from the riser connector on the system board.

Installing the expansion card riser:
Align the following:
Guide on the expansion-card riser with the guide pin on the system board.
Expansion card riser latch with the slot on the chassis.
Lower the expansion card riser until the expansion card riser is firmly seated in the connector on the system board.
Close the expansion card riser latch.
