In the enterprise storage window, select the storage tab and click the local domain to expand and view the storage systems. Select to expand the storage system to display its components, right? Click on spa and click on P collect option. Confirm window appears. Click yes to run the SP collect script, sp collect script is successfully executed. Click OK. Note sp collect should be captured from both the storage processors similarly, right? Click on SPB and click on sp collect option to capture the collects.
Click yes, to run the SP collect script and continue sp collect script has been successfully executed for SPB click. OK. Depending on the array configurations, the ESP collect script may take up to 15 minutes to generate the required sp collect log files. Now, since both the scripts had a successful run, we can retrieve the ESP collect log files from respective storage processors P memory to our local workstation, right? Click pr and click file transfer manager to retrieve the ESP collects for SP A in the file transfer manager windows, left panel of files on SP section, all the generated log files are shown and on the right side of destination directory, the SP collect file will be saved on the left pane search and verify the ESP collect file name, data dot zip.
The file name will also have the data and time stamp. Select this file and click transfer. Click. Yes. To continue in the confirmation widow, the zip file may take some time to get transferred. The SP collect file for P A will be saved in the destination directory. Click. OK, to close this window similarly, right, click on SPB and select file transfer manager option for retrieving the SP collect for SPB search and verify the zip file.
Select the zip file and click on transfer. Click. Yes. To continue the transfer status confirms the file transfer. The ESP collect file will be saved in the destination directory. Click, OK, to close this window now navigate to the path of the destination directory in your workstation to get the downloaded P collect files. These are the two sp collect zip files for SP and PB. These two files can to be sent to an support for analysis when requested.
