Click, OK, wait for a few minutes to generate the SP then click get diagnostic files for SP from the file transfer manager, window browse and select the destination folder on the local machine.

Select the latest S SP collect file, click transfer, click. Yes, to confirm after the successful transfer click. OK. Now we repeat the same for SPB. Click, get diagnostic files for SPB from the file transfer manager window browse and select the destination folder on the local machine.

Select the latest ESP collect file, click transfer. Click yes to confirm after the successful transfer. Click. OK. Click. Log out to exit the UNIS sphere. The gathered sp collects are ready to be uploaded to the service request.
