Welcome to Dell Tech Support. In this video, we'll go over the steps for performing a part replacement on your Dell PC. Remove screw to slide out DVD drive. Unscrew bottom base.

Then, use fingers to separate palmrest from base. Then, unscrew and remove bracket. Next, disconnect battery. Now, unscrew and remove battery. Now, unscrew and remove hard drive.

Then, disconnect hard drive adapter. Now, unscrew and remove hard drive caddy. Once replaced, your PC should be ready to be used again. Thanks for watching.
