Format Description:
This file format consists of a BIOS executable file. The Universal (Windows/MS DOS) format can be used to install from any Windows or MS DOS environment.
- This utility updates the Nuvoton TPM 2.0 firmware to the version 7.2.2.0. - This firmware update takes no more than 2 minutes to be installed on your system.
Note 1: The TPM must be ON and Enabled in BIOS Setup, and the TPM must not be owned. If the TPM is owned, go to BIOS Setup and clear the TPM before proceeding. You may need to run TPM.msc to reinitiate the TPM under Windows operating system. Note 2: When TPM clear is performed, Windows Hello Pin credential will require a manual reset. Note 3: Your system requires an immediate restart after installing the firmware update.
Download 1. Click Download File. 2. When the File Download window is displayed, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Update the TPM firmware using TPM update utility from Windows environment 1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file. 2. Double-click the new file. Windows system restarts automatically and updates the TPM during the system startup. The system reboots automatically after the TPM update is complete.
