Dell Technologies 建議使用 SupportAssist OS Recovery 以獲得最佳還原體驗。如果您的裝置不支援 SupportAssist OS Recovery，您可以使用這些步驟將作業系統還原至出廠狀態。如需 SupportAssist OS Recovery 的詳細資訊，請參閱 KB 文章使用 SupportAssist OS Recovery 修復您的電腦。
使用 Windows 一鍵重設重新安裝您的作業系統：
- 在「開始」功能表中，輸入「重設此電腦」，然後在「系統設定」中選取「重設此電腦 」。
- 在復原選項下，按 一下重設電腦。
- 選擇 保留我的檔案 或 移除所有資料。
注意：嘗試修復作業系統時， 保留我的檔案 選項最簡單。如果您準備出售或以其他方式更改設備的擁有權，請使用 移除所有內容 。
- 按照畫面上的指示完成作業系統重新整理。
