Symptoms

Cause

NetWorker 엔지니어링 팀에서는 NWUI(NMC와 함께)가 클러스터 시스템에서 지원되지 않는다고 판단했습니다.

nwuidb는 공유 /nsr 설치 경로에 저장됩니다. 그러나 NWUI 서비스는 페일오버 서비스로 제어되지 않습니다. 페일오버 중에 nwuidb는 이미 실행 중인 nwui 서비스에서 당겨지고 새 활성 노드에서 이미 실행 중인 nwui 서비스 위에 놓입니다. 이로 인해 nwuidb 손상 및 예기치 않은 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

NWUI(NetWorker Web User Interface) 서버 및/또는 NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 서버는 별도의 독립 실행형 서버에 설치해야 합니다.

NWUI를 클러스터 인식 서비스로 만들기 위해 RFE(Request for Enhancement)를 제출했습니다. RFE NW-I-2127. 이 요청에 사이트를 추가하고 추적하려면 Dell 사이트 계정 관리자 또는 영업 담당자에게 문의하십시오.
