Symptoms

NetWorker 19.9 Windows Client Block Based Backup (BBB) is voltooid, maar BBB-herstel is mislukt met de fout: 
nsriscsi: unable to get ISCSI Header An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Cause

Windows ISCSI-time-out veroorzaakte een fout bij het herstellen van NetWorker BBB.

Resolution

In het Windows-register:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E97B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\Microsoft iSCSI Initiator\Parameters]

Verhoog de volgende parameter van de standaardwaarde naar de maximale waarde:
  
 FirstBurstLength: De standaardwaarde is 65536 (64 KB); Verhogen tot 262144 (256 KB)

MaxBurstLength: De standaardwaarde is 262144 (256 KB); Verhogen naar 327680 (320 KB)

MaxRequestHoldTime: De standaardwaarde is 60 s; Verhoog tot 90 s.

 MaxTransferLength: De standaardwaarde is 262144 (256 KB); Verhogen tot 327680 (320 KB)

Na het verhogen van de Windows ISCSI-parameters, wordt de BBB-herstel van de Windows-client voltooid.
