Dit KB-artikel bevat enkele controles die moeten worden uitgevoerd door de supportagent op Cloud IQ SR's om ervoor te zorgen dat deze correct is geconfigureerd en dat de data correct naar Dell Technologies worden verzonden:

 

  • Zorg ervoor dat cloud iq is ingeschakeld vanuit zowel CLI als UI
    Vanuit CLI: Gebruik de opdracht om te controleren of cloudbeheer is ingeschakeld of niet

From GUI: Please make sure that the check box of send data to CloudIQ is checked as below : 
 

    Centraal beheer

  • Controleer of ESRS correct is geconfigureerd en dat de groene verbindingsstatus wordt weergegeven

  • Ervoor zorgen dat alle arrays van Dell Technologies zich in de installatiebasis IB van de klant bevinden.

  • Zorg ervoor dat het cloud IQ-account van de klant hetzelfde is als het ene supportreferentie aan de kant van Dell Technologies.
