Bu KB, doğru yapılandırıldığından ve verilerin Dell Technologies'e doğru şekilde gönderildiğinden emin olmak için Cloud IQ SR'lerindeki destek temsilcisi tarafından yapılması gereken bazı kontrolleri içerir:

 

  • Cloud iq'nun hem CLI hem de kullanıcı arayüzünden
    etkinleştirildiğinden emin olun CLI'dan: Bulut yönetiminin etkin olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için komutu kullanın

From GUI: Please make sure that the check box of send data to CloudIQ is checked as below : 
 

    Merkezi Yönetim

  • ESRS'nin doğru yapılandırıldığından ve verilen yeşil bağlı durumunun gösterildiğinden emin olun

  • Tüm Dell Technologies dizilerinin müşteri Kurulum tabanlı IB'sinde olduğundan emin olun.

  • Müşteri bulut IQ hesabının, Dell Technologies tarafındaki destek kimlik bilgileriyle aynı olduğundan emin olun.
