AppSync: Application Mapping failed while finding VPLEX virtual volumes

AppSync unable get the virtual volume information with wwn:<wwn_id> from VPLEX cluster due to VPLEX management console issues.

Permanent Resolution:
This issue is fixed in VPLEX GeoSynchrony code version 6.0 Service Pack 1 Patch 4 and later.

Workaround:

1. Restart VPLEX management console.
2. Re-run the AppSync service plan.
