Description:
The password stored in Credential Manager is invalid. This might be caused by the user changing the password from this computer or a different computer. 
To resolve this error, open Credential Manager in Control Panel, and reenter the password for the credential <identifier>.

1. 从控制面板或通过运行 命令，在提升的命令提示符下启动 Credential Manager：

 rundll32 keymgr.dll,KRShowKeyMgr 

2. 如果日志中存在警告事件 14，请选择与事件中指定的凭据匹配的凭据。
3. 如果警告事件 14 不存在，请检查存储的凭据。与 Web 凭据相比，Windows 凭据更有可能与问题相关。
4. 选择凭据后，单击 Remove 以将其删除，或 单击 Edit 以进行更改。编辑凭据时，指定正确的用户名和密码，然后单击 保存 以确认。

提醒：在用户上下文中运行时，凭据管理器可能不会显示系统上存储的所有凭据，即使在使用管理帐户时也是如此。在 SYSTEM 上下文中运行它会显示所有存储的凭据。这是使用 PsExec 或同等工具完成的。
