Instructions

Process:

  1. Go to CloudLink web UI at https://cloudlink.ip.address/
  2. Monitoring > Diagnostics > Actions > Generate Diagnostics
  3. Monitoring > Diagnostics > Actions > Download Logs

The Generate Diagnostics step is not required but it collects an additional inwd.diag file that gets in the log bundle. Each CloudLink node has its own web UI. You should collect the logs from each node individually. When saving the file, you should change the filename to include the hostname.

In a PowerFlex environment, there is a CloudLink agent (svmd) that gets installed on the storage only nodes. If you are having an issue on a specific SDS node, you can collect agent logs by running the command svm gentechsupport.
