NetWorker: Il backup di Exchange ha esito negativo con errore: nsrnmmsv L'interfaccia shell di Exchange2010 non è inizializzata

Il backup di NMM Exchange o il comando "nsrnmmsv -P" hanno esito negativo con l'errore:

Exchange2010 Shell interface is not initialised.

Esempio:

Il messaggio di errore "Interfaccia shell di Exchange2010" non è inizializzato, è fondamentalmente dovuto:

• NetWorker Lib non è in grado di inizializzare PowerShell di Exchange (vedere KB 493540 - Il DAG di Exchange 2010 ha esito negativo a causa di problemi di PowerShell).
• L'utente che richiama la libreria non dispone delle autorizzazioni appropriate per eseguire la shell.
• In casi molto rari, Exchange PowerShell viene interrotto nella configurazione IIS che non può essere eseguita.

Verificare se la voce di registro esiste e, in questo caso, confrontarla con uno dei nodi di Exchange funzionanti:

reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\legato\networker\vssclient

Se non esiste, procedere come segue:

1. Creare le seguenti chiavi del Registro di sistema in: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\legato\networker\vssclient

   *** N.B. Put the appropriate username and domain name.
   Exchange Username        REG_SZ                admin
   Exchange Domain          REG_SZ                fall.localdomain
   Exchange Password        REG_BINARY

   <esempio>
   Username= solo il nome utente es: backup.manager
   Domain= ex: BWK.com

   Nota: Dominio di Exchange è il livello di dominio del server di Exchange, non l'account utente. Se l'account di dominio si trova a un livello diverso (ad esempio, child.fall.localdomain), modificare il dominio in modo che corrisponda al dominio dell'utente o creare un nuovo utente nello stesso livello di dominio di Exchange Server.

2. Quindi eseguire lo strumento di configurazione dell'amministratore di Exchange NMM e scegliere Update admin password. Se l'operazione ha esito positivo, la chiave di registro della password di Exchange dovrebbe essere aggiornata.

3. Quindi eseguire il comando per testare la connettività del nodo Exchange:

   nsrnmmsv -P
