Symptoms

The PowerProtect File System Agent install.sh script debug execution shows:

Cause

The /opt target partition does not have enough space for the File System Agent installation. The PowerProtect Data Manager File System User Guide documents the minimum required disk space for the File System Agent installation.

Resolution

Increase the /opt partition size on the AIX OS to allow the installation to copy the relevant File System Agent files.

Additional Information

Verify the XL C++ 6.1 and above is installed on the AIX OS.
