Symptoms

Disk and power supply units as shown in Figure 1 below through VxRail Manager 7.0.x plug-in Physical View

VxRail Manager /var/log/microservice_log/short.term.log shows error 500 when requesting API /rest/ps/private/v1/misc/nodeconfig.

Cause

The ESXi host's local datastore was renamed. The name is not in the default format, like DExxxxx-01-01-service-datastore1.

Resolution

Rename the ESXi host's local datastore name to the default format. The name must end with service-datastore1.
