ProSupport Plus and ProSupport Flex are premium Commercial Service Offerings that allow the customer to benefit from Dell's most modern capabilities. Each offering has standard features that allow the customer to streamline their service operations and use Connect and Manage Telemetry and Fleet Management Reporting. ProSupport Plus and ProSupport Flex can be purchased in monthly or yearly increments to provide flexibility in payment options.

ProSupport is offered as a standard one-time contract payment only.
You can use normal purchase processes, such as purchase order or online, as an addendum to purchasing your Dell Hardware.

ProSupport Plus and ProSupport Flex subscriptions are available for three (3), four (4), and five (5) year durations at the point of original sale.
By default, your ProSupport Plus or ProSupport Flex subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the end of the original term.
You can elect to pay monthly or annually at the time of purchase.
Both ProSupport Flex and ProSupport Plus can be purchased with standard forms of payment, either a company purchase order or a credit card.
You can change your credit card to another credit card, or your Purchase Order to a different Purchase Order, by updating it online or reaching out to Customer Care.
You can review your subscription data by visiting Dell Digital Locker.
The email address that is provided at the point of sale can log in to Dell Digital Locker to view subscription summary and details. That individual can also add additional personnel to help manage subscriptions.
Contact Customer Support by visiting Dell Order Support. Enter your Order Number, then click Contact Customer Support.
Go to Dell Digital Locker. Within "Subscriptions," you will see your Build Plan ID, its payment status, and next billing date.
A Commercial Contract Subscription can be cancelled with a deactivation fee. See your Commercial Auto-Renewal Terms for details.
You can upgrade your service to ProSupport Plus or Flex Subscription if you have a Basic or ProSupport Service Contract on your eligible hardware. Contact your Sales representative for more information.
